Physical and Chemical Properties: Colorless needle crystal, soluble in ether, chloroform, methanol, ethanol, acetone and so on.

Resveratrol tasteless, white crystals (methanol); insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, acetone and other organic solvents. Melting point 253-255 ℃, 261 ℃ sublimation.
